Our Booking Procedure

Our Booking Procedure is an important operational element allowing Sprouts to more efficiently work in with your function needs. 

We ask that you:

Make a tentative booking. Tentatively place your booking date with Sprouts as early as possible. There is no obligation upon you at this stage. We simply ask this so that you are able to secure your date choice in order to avoid disappointment later, should your proposed date be booked out.

Speak to us early about your function selections, requirements and special requests. This can be done by email or telephone. Experience has taught us that selection requirements change as customers think more about their function. By contacting us early you have time to change your mind.

Present your order as soon as you are ready. At this time we will prepare a Sprouts Function Quotation. This Function Quotation should contain everything you want Sprouts to supply.  This should be carefully checked and amended if necessary.  Sprouts will accept changes to Function Quotations at any time prior to confirmation.

Confirm your Sprouts Function Quotation at least 21 days prior to the event and pay a Minimum Deposit of 30% for all functions over $300.  Sprouts will accept cash, credit card (Fees may apply), EFTPOS or, cheque. For electronic fund transfers we will provide bank details, but a payment receipt must be shown as proof of payment. Deposits are non-refundable.

Confirm your final guest numbers at least 7 days prior to your event. As our purchases will be made at this time we are unable to accept reductions in your confirmed final number. We will, however, accommodate an increase in your final number up to 72 hours prior to function.

Final Payment Procedure

Final payment is to be made upon delivery or pickup unless credit has been established and accepted by Sprouts.

Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.

Payments made 30 days past due will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Booking Short Notice

Because Sprouts freshly prepare all our food daily, we ask you to kindly take note of the number of hours' notice we need before pick up or delivery.  Naturally.

These notice times are given as a guide only as we cannot always guarantee the preperation of orders within these timeframes.

Notice times are affected by complexity of orders and heavy workloads. So it is always advisable to give us as much notice as possible to guarantee your order.

12 hours' Notice

If you are pressed for time and can only provide us with 12 hours notice before pick up may we suggest you look closely at our selections including:

24 hours' Notice

With a notice period of 24 hours we can prepare further selections including:

48 Hours' Notice

For a notice period of 48 hours we can prepare selections from the following menus:

72 Hours' Notice

For a notice period of 72 hours we can fully cater from the Gourmet Picnic Menu and the Children's Party Menu.

Minimum 5-7 Days Notice

With a minimum notice period of 5-7 days (depending upon guest numbers) we can prepare selections from all other menu options.
