Our Five Star Chefs are David and Lianne Williams. David and Lianne have trained in the most exclusive hotels in Sydney; they qualified as chefs in the early 90s; and they have each been working in the hospitality industry for decades.

Friendly assistance when confirming your menu choices. Simply make an appointment so that David or Lianne can help you choose the right food for your function at the right price.

Fine food which leaves our premises fully cooked and prepared, ready for consumption. Transportable packages will be ready for pick up on the planned date or we can deliver. We suggest that if you prefer pick up, you bring an adequately sized esky.

An impressive array of Menus. But remember, even if there is something you do not see on the menu, let us know. We offer flexibility of food choices.

Friendly advice regarding pre-serving and freezing of products.

Staff Hire services: Chefs, waiters and kitchen staff.

Van Delivery of food.

Advice regarding, or complete organisation of, equipment hire which is necessary for your particular event. For convenience this service will be included in your Function Quotation.

Provision of cutlery or crockery upon request.

What We Ask Of You

21 Days prior to your event: we ask you to confirm your Sprouts Function Quotation.

7 Days prior to your event: we ask you to confirm your final guest numbers.

These confirmations are important as they allow us to efficiently prepare for your event.

Staff Hire Services and Charges

At Sprouts we understand how hectic preparing for a function can be. We also understand that you deserve to enjoy your own event, taking pleasure in what you have created.

Our staff have the experience and professionalism to take the operation of your function off your hands completely.

When you order your food through Sprouts, we will attend to the set up, re-heating, serving, clear up and clean up of all Sprouts food. Some items, for example, those marked with an 'x' on the Finger Food Menu require some final preparation prior to serving. Our Chefs and staff will attend to these final touches for you.

You will need to make alternative arrangements for the handling of food not supplied by Sprouts.

Ring and have a chat to Lianne or David about your staff requirements.

For table service

2 kitchen staff and 1 waiter per 30 guests

For finger food service

1 kitchen staff and 1 waiter per 40-50 guests

For buffet service

1 kitchen staff and 1 waiter per 30 guests

Sunday Surcharge

All invoices that relate to Sunday catering services, including delivery, will be charged with a 7% surcharge.

Staff Hire Charges

Per staff member, our rates are $38.50 per hour from Monday to Saturday and $44.00 per hour on Sunday.

We charge a minimum of 4 hours per staff member per function. All charges are inclusive of GST.

Van Delivery and Charges

To assist you with your function Sprouts will deliver to your function location at minimal charge.

We have vans which are equipped to carefully and hygienically transport our food so that it arrives in peak condition ready for your enjoyment.

Camden, Narellan, Mt Annan, Currans Hill, Cobbitty Village, Cawdor, Elderslie, Smeaton Grange - $10.00.  Weekend $15.00.

Campbelltown & Suburbs, Menangle, Catherine Fields, Leumeah, Minto, Raby, Outer Cobbitty, Ingleburn - $15.00.  Weekend $20.00.

The Oaks, Razorback, Picton, Werombi, Wilton, Theresa Park, Oakdale, Silverdale, Tahmoor, Appin, Glenfield, Liverpool, Prestons, Wattlegrove, Moorebank, Hoxton Park, Kemps Creek, Wedderburn - $25.00.  Weekend $30.00.

Bankstown, Inner West Sydney, Inner Sydney City, Wollongong, Bowral, Mittagong, Buxton, Balmoral Village, Lakesland - $40.00. Weekend $45.00.

Please note:

7% Sunday surcharge applies on all orders including delivery.

Extra fees may apply for non standard orders and deliveries out of normal working hours.

Use of Your Dishes

So that you can present your food selections to your guests on your own dishes, Sprouts are happy to cook items in your own dishes or serve food on your own platters.

Should you require this service, we ask that your dishes and platters be brought to our premises at Narellan on the day before pick up or delivery.

Use of Our Platters

Sprouts serves food on large plastic platters. We do not charge for these platters; however, we do expect them all to be returned to us. We have a few simple requests:

When your food is picked up or delivered please let us know where the platters will be left for us to pick them up. Or, let us know that you will be returning the platters to our premises.

When your function is finished, to avoid us searching for them, please ensure that the platters are left in the nominated location.

All platters should be rinsed soon after use.

All lost platters will be charged at $5.50.

For non-corporate customers a platter deposit of $5.50 per platter may be applicable and fully refundable on return of platters.

All charges are inclusive of GST.
